·   Working with the employer to develop a detailed brief of your requirements

Communicating the role, confidentially, to candidates in our database and on
      selected job boards in your territory

·    Screening applicants. See our screening in the SPONSORSHIP tab.

·    An initial interview with the candidates by phone or online chat.

·    Presentation to you of a short list of the best candidates for the role

·   Co-ordination of interviews, whether by phone, online chat or in person

·   If all goes well with the interview, we conduct background checks and verify
     references.  *

·   Prepare necessary recruitments contracts with fees schedule

·   Start immigration process. Refer to Sponsorship tab.

·   Support the new employee with his travel requirements

·   When the candidate arrives in the US, we accompany them to your doorstep.



* Please note that countries like the Philippines do not have central databases on crimes, we rely on the Police and NBI clearances that the candidates would submit. These clearances are given directly to them and not to us by the bureaus.
