Screening Process for Foreign Nurses
HOPE GLOBAL RESOURCES in conjunction with local recruiting offices
in foreign country will arrange and set up a job fair in the big cities
for your healthcare organization to conduct your own personal
interviews and employment pre-examinations allowing your organization
the benefit of using your selection process.
Our nurses must pass the TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign
Language) or the recently adopted and approved IELTS (International
English Language Testing System) to demonstrate their ability to speak,
read and write English. They must also pass the CGFNS (Commission of
Graduates of Foreign Nursing Schools) or NCLEX (National Council
Licensure Examination). Our nurses must be registered in their own
country and be a graduate from a general nursing program at an
accredited school of nursing. Our qualified foreign nurse candidates
must pass an extensive background check in their own country and
qualify for a U.S. Visa.

Screening Process and Requirements
Screening and requirements for Teachers in the US
Teachers must have a minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Education, and at
least 3 years of teaching experience. At the present time, demand is
greatest for those who have experience teaching English, mathematics,
science, bilingual languages (Spanish/English), or special education.
In order to be considered for employment in the U.S., foreign-trained
teachers must meet the following qualifications, and submit the
following documents to us:
* Complete our application which can be found here. Please follow all of the instructions carefully.
* Submit a detailed resume describing your educational and teaching experience.
* Three professional letters of reference in sealed envelopes are required
* Copy of diploma(s) and certifications(s)
* Official Transcripts from all colleges or university attended
* Police record check
* Physicians statement of good health.
* Teachers who have taken an English Proficiency Examination (TOEFL, TSE, TWE, TOEIC, ETC),
should submit copies of their scores
* Verification of prior full-time teaching experience.
* Teachers that have taken any of the U.S. certification exams, including but not limited to PRAXIS,
should submit the results of
these exams. A State by State listing of licensure requirements can be

Based on receiving these documents the foreign teacher may be qualified
to work in the U.S. as a teacher. We can arrange employment contracts
and assist in obtaining an H1-B or J-1 Visa.

If all went well with the credentialing and screening processes, H-1B visa processing begins.

occupation, which requires the theoretical and practical application of
a body of highly specialized knowledge requiring completion of a
specific course of higher education. This classification requires a
labor attestation issued by the Secretary of Labor (65,000). This
classification also applies to Government-to-Government research and
development, or co-production projects administered by the Department
of Defense (100);
